Disgrace. Do not ever use this company. They take your money and never deliver anything. Phone never answered and emails ignored. Good job it was a PayPal payment.
Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for some goods online, the money was immediately taken from the school debit card I used but the goods never turned up. I was fobbed off with the excuse that the supplier they used had gone bust and they were trying to find an alternative. I telephoned and e-mailed on numerous occasions throughout the summer and each time was fobbed off by either the receptionist or Ian Ashland himself. Any reputable company would have immediately refunded the payment especially as it was from a school. Had it been worth our while we would have taken this company to court. As it is writing this damning review gives me alot of satisfaction!
We ordered from this company who took our money but failed to deliver. Subsequent attempts to contact them have proved fruitless so we have asked our credit card company to raise a dispute for our transaction and investigate them.
