Staff are very nice people and very friendly would not get my prescription anywhere else they do anything to help to make sure u r been seen to def a brilliant we chemist
This chemist is very thorough and professional and when my mum ran out of tablets on the weekend they were extremely helpful explaining how she could get them in a timely fashion

I went into Gormleys on Monday 20th june for 1 prescription item. It was shortly after 3pm. A couple of customers were already in. I handed in my script and waited. The shop cleared of customers as they got their medications and left. I still waited and as I did so, I counted 10 members of staff at any one time behind that dispensary, including 3or 4 pharmacists albeit busy, but still... one customer in the whole shop and not one inquired "is that person being taken care of", or even bothered to look up for that matter. I was livid. Eventually after 7/8 minutes I was just about to say something, when one counter staff member noticed me and came out of dispense area..."what was the name on your prescription"?...and she went scarpering of to a pharmacist who got my prescription then and there....because I could see him get it immediately. I said to the girl that, "at one time I counted 10 members of staff "...her answer was that each of them has a job to do...well, one of those jobs is to see to the customer...one would think.
