Took the young lad, down to Carrowmena as part of a camping weekend before he went back to school... The activities were great, we did archery, wall climbing, zip line and to top it off we went kayaking down the local river... Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was very good for the whole day, would recommand..
Brilliant activity centre with access to multiple activities from archery to there very own maize maze. Absolutely brilliant for youth groups and families.
Top notch place to stay. My wee family loved it here ( boy at 3 girl at 8 ). Helpful staff always with a smile. There's always someone on site at night time. The activities were great as well. Everyone gets a go and there's no one left out. The rules while staying over you might think is abit over the top but you have to remember it is for the younger ones not adults but they are flexible on them as well tho. I highly recommend on staying/going here.
Don't go. They are after as much money as they can get out of you. 20 for a couple of children's activities. That's 60 for 3 children after having paid 120 for your tent. Continental breakfast consists of a loaf of bread for toast which you have to make yourself and a bowl of fruit. They even charge 1 for a seven minute shower. Some of our bedding was stained and there was a used nappy under the bed from the previous guests ( I assume). Lots of better places in the area go there
