Been loads of time and enjoyed the food. This time there was a wedding on and the kitchen could not cope. The coach house was not particularly busy but we had been there 1 hr and 10 mins and only had soup. We had to ask a waitress to chase our main dish and was told the kitchen was busy. We were there over 2hrs and had ordered from a set menu thinking it would be quicker. The children missed a large part of the entertainment in the main hotel due to this. Food was still lovely though the service was very slow.
Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities. Rooms were well decorated and had everything you would expect. Great to have use of the spa and fitness facilities during the stay. Definitely will be back!
Love love love it! Exceptionally good service, food etc. Definitely recommend coming there for any occasion. Has beautiful rooms, spa, golf course, bar, and restaurant. Such a good place. Keep up the good work Roe Valley Country Park!
3rd time I've stayed here. It's comfortable and quiet with well appointed rooms. There is ample parking and 2 restaurants - the food is good and the place is popular with the locals. There is also a bar (sandwiches only - no hot food). It's about a mile and a quarter out of town, so is walkable, but there is no footpath - you have to walk along a poorly lir, dark access road. The nearby river valley is worth a walk - very peaceful.
Great place for couples and families alike. Excellent food and a well stocked bar with a great variety of drinks. Pool is perfect for kids and the staff are great. Excellent walkway to the Roe Valley also. I'm not a golfer but the course looks great and judging my the different golfers accents in the bistro it must be worth travelling to. Highly recommended.
